The Glasgow office is one of the most recent franchises, established in 2006 and has recently become ARLA registered in Sept 2015.
The office is situated in the convenient West-End of Glasgow at 199-201 Maryhill Road, G20 7XJ. The office is easily accessible for tenants and landlords with on-street parking, bus routes and an underground station.
We are open Monday - Friday and Appointment Only on Saturdays. The emergency line is active from 9 pm through till 9 am, 365 days a year.

Sana joined A&S in 2011, after leaving school. She has progressed during her time with A&S substantially. She continues to manage and maintain our promotional material for Facebook & Twitter. During her time at A&S Properties Sana has completed various courses to help enhance her skills. In her spare time, she enjoys spending her time with family and travelling the world.
Naveed Younas joined A&S in April 2017. Naveed has built his knowledge over a short period of time and has shown his competence by completing his level 6 in Residential Letting & Property Management Scotland. He continues to provide landlord and tenants with high standards of customer service while over seeing task are completed with in the regulating standards set by ARLA. In his spare time, he enjoys going to the gym and socialising with friends & family
Harpreet joined the team in the month of July 2022. Her responsibilities are handling of letting enquiries and arranging viewings. Harpreet is eager and happy to assist with any queries.
