Partner associate and the founder of A&S Properties in 1996 invested within the buy to let market and never looked back. Avey Mohammed born and bred in Dundee then moved to Perth in 1995 worked in a spectrum of businesses from retail, hospitality and distribution to finding his way into the real-estate. Starting from just one small office in Perth back in 1996, our business has thrived throughout the years to have now achieved a successful award winning business with three offices in Dundee, Perth and Glasgow. Avey in his spare time loves cooking, his cars and spending time with his family.

Partner associate within the business, Sana Mohammed was born and bred in Dundee and then moved to Perth in 1995 with her husband, Avey Mohammed.She worked alongside Avey in a spectrum of businesses from retail, hospitality and distribution.Her hard work and dedication has helped both of them build their own inependent family award-winning successful business. In her spare time Sana enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and loves gardening.

Linda joined us in July 2018 as a Property Manager after having worked in a variety of roles within the retail sector for many years. She likes to socialise with friends and family. She is a very happy and approachable person who is willing to help where she can.

Claire joined the team in the start of 2019. Her responsibilities will be the day to day handling of all letting enquiries marketing and setting up viewing appointments. Claire is lively, bubbly and very approachable making her a fantastic edition to the team.

Asim, the middle sibling within the family business, joined the team on a part-time basis in 2015. His responsibilities began with the day-to-day management of office work, and he has now advanced to the position of property manager. Asim is studying civil engineering at Edinburgh University in addition to working within the business. His interests are cars and rugby, and he is looking to progress and take on a management role later in 2023 after graduating from university.

Hamza Ahmad joined A&S Properties in July 2024, and since then, he has quickly become an integral part of our team here at the Perth office. With his friendly and approachable nature, Hamza fits in effortlessly with our small team, making him a valued colleague both professionally and personally.

Outside of work, Hamza enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends, reflecting his down-to-earth character. His positive attitude and warm smile create an inviting atmosphere for everyone around him, contributing to a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Yokshi joined our team in July 2023 as a lettings agent. Her responsibilities include handling inquiries, advertising and administration work. She’s holding a Master’s degree in management, graduated with a distinction pass and the best performer through university of Plymouth.

After completing her degree, she transitioned into a full time position where her excellent and friendly customer service skills significantly contributed to the rapid growth of our business. Yokshi is undoubtedly an asset to our team.
